With Loom, efficiency is at a click of a button.

You and your team already collaborate on document editors, project planners, CRMs, and learning management systems.

With the Loom Hint, posting a Loom video link on the supported services will automatically pull in the Loom embed player. This allows you to watch a video inline so you don't have to leave the context of the conversation.

Currently we have released Loom integrations for the following tools & services:

Gmail
Intercom
Trello
GitHub
Asana
Basecamp
JIRA
Google Docs
Hacker News
Confluence
InVision App
Dropbox
Product Hunt
GitLab
Salesforce
Salesforce IQ

Watch the video for a complete overview of how Loom integrates with your favourite tools & services:

What is the Loom Hint?

Now, when you access your favourite tools and services, you will see a Loom Hint where you can use Loom to quickly post videos.

The screenshot below shows an example of the Loom Hint on Intercom, one of the many platforms supported.

Each integration is slightly different as they all have their nuance in the code base. If you have any questions on how to find the Loom Hint, please reach out to us through the red chat box on the bottom right corner of your screen. We're always happy to help 😄

Where can I manage my Loom integrations?

You can easily manage your Loom integrations through your Loom Account Settings

These Settings are accessibly by clicking your name on the top right corner of the screen and choosing "Account Settings". There, you will see an option called "Integrations" available in your Account Settings menu.

This is where you can enable or disable the Loom Hint to show up on your platforms as you prefer. All platforms are enabled by default.

My favourite tool/service does not have a Loom integration... 😓

We are working on integrating with more and more services in order to become more efficient for our users, to enable team connection and to improve their experience.

If your favourite tool or service is not available, you can request a new integration through the Integration Settings menu by clicking on "Request an Integration" (see screenshot above) and filling out the required fields. This will ensure your request is delivered directly to our Development team!
